Aaron joined Slate in 2021 and is responsible for the asset management of Slate Grocery REIT and Slate’s investment strategy focused on essential real estate assets in North America. His responsibilities include the preparation of property-level operating budgets and forecasts, supervision of third-party property management and leasing professionals, evaluating investment opportunities, managing relationships with joint-venture partners, and the approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs.

Prior to Slate, Aaron held retail leasing and investment roles at a retail-focused developer and a publicly traded retail REIT.

He is a graduate of the College of Business Administration at Marquette University.
