Nico joined Slate in 2022 and is responsible for the origination of debt investments for Slate Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Slate, Nico worked within Bank of America’s investment bank on the Real Estate Structured Finance team where he analyzed and originated both conduit and single asset single borrower transactions.

Nico graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Near and Middle Eastern Studies and a Real Estate Minor from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
